The Rotary Club of Gravesend collected over £500 for the Marie Curie Daffodil appeal last Saturday 20th Feb when the members put on funny (but warm) hats and sold trays of daffodils outside Tesco’s store in the New Road. The club met representatives of local charities to hear about their work and to present them with donations. The money was raised from our local community through the On Your Bike sponsored bike ride in April.
